Clean Fuels National Receives National Attention

Clean Fuels National is proud to announce its company being named to the 2018 Inc. 5000 listing of the fastest-growing, private companies in America. The distinction comes as Clean Fuels has seen substantial growth over the past years, touting revenue growth of 90% in the past three years alone.

Founded in the year 2000 among the cornfields of aptly-named Petroleum, IN, Clean Fuels National specializes in the cleaning of both underground and above ground fuel storage tanks. The company began with a primary market barely extending past its neighboring counties. And today, not two decades later, the scope of Clean Fuels’ work has spread to all 48 states throughout the contiguous United States.

Begun by a father and his two sons, the company remains family owned today with son Michael K. Vanover serving as President and C.E.O. Though humbled by this national recognition, Vanover knows these accolades were made possible by the customer base which has both remained loyal and the others who have continued to grow that base throughout the years.

“As the owner of a small business in the heart of rural Indiana, I’m humbled by this national recognition. Our business is about service first. Without our team of highly-skilled technicians and our continuously on-call service managers, we would not be here. Our customers have trusted us with their most valuable assets, and our commitment to them has never been greater,” Vanover stated.

The Inc. 5000 listing is published yearly by Inc. magazine. The listing consists of a ranking of the top 5000 privately-held companies based on overall revenue growth alone. Clean Fuels National ranked 3927th on the overall list. This is the company’s first year achieving this distinction.
